What Is a Medicare Exam?

When you sign up for Medicare Part B, you become eligible for a fully covered "Welcome to Medicare" checkup anytime during your first year of your coverage. Although this preventive visit with your doctor is optional, it should not be overlooked, especially considering that your risk for certain health issues increases with age. At Cedarburg Family Wellness & Aesthetics, triple board-certified physician Dr. Janice Alexander is pleased to offer Medicare exams for men and women who qualify. Your checkup will include a basic medical exam along with any recommendations for tests or preventive services. A one-time Medicare checkup is different from a comprehensive physical exam, which should still be scheduled each year. For more information about Medicare exams, contact our office in Cedarburg, WI.

What is Included in a Medicare Exam?

When you come in for your exam in Cedarburg, WI, Dr. Alexander will see you in a private treatment room.
